As we begin 2012 we are optimistic and enthusiastic about our business. According to a number of financial strategists, after so many years in a recession mentality, customers are increasingly giving themselves permission to spend again...it's really the beginning of a change toward a better time. With that in mind, we surely want to do everything we can to deliver the most delicious food with the very best service. In fact, we want to exceed our guests' expectations as we welcome them into our restaurants and treat them as we do our friends and family. Since it is up to you to inspire and motivate your team, we encourage you to share each monthly Curb 2 Counter to deliver quick and easy customer service training. Today's activity will get them thinking about changing good service to great service.
